About Kate
Kate Allan is the Managing Director of Delivery & Operations for Insight Global’s Professional Services Division, Evergreen. In this role, she leads the strategy and oversees execution of Evergreen’s program delivery.
As a seasoned transformation leader with extensive management consulting, technology consulting, and industry experience, Allan’s expertise includes delivery strategy and execution, program management and governance, strategic prioritization and roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Throughout her career, Allan has consistently led complex programs to successful completion, managed relationships and satisfaction of clients and consultants, and managed and developed high-performing teams. Her community interests include advancing women in leadership and promoting environmental sustainability.
Allan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and earned her MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
