Gus Huber


Gus Huber is Director of Customer Experience for Insight Global’s professional services division, Evergreen. In this role, he leads a team of Solution Architects to develop industry-leading products and services across the End User Service and Compute functions. Huber also guides Center of Excellence leaders across the Training, Knowledge Management, Data Analysis, and Workforce Management disciplines.

Huber first joined Insight Global in 2019 as a Solution Architect before starting his current position in 2021. He has 25+ years of experience in transforming, delivering, and leading both IT and customer services, directing large teams across six continents for many Fortune 100 organizations. Huber has provided strategic certification, consulting, outsourcing, and account management across multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, supply chain, and state government—innovating service delivery, distinguishing opportunities, and expanding services.

Prior to joining Insight Global, Huber served as the Global IT Service Desk Director for McKesson, Corp., directed outsourced IT and customer services for clients such as Chick-fil-A, Alcoa, Sprint, and UHG, and provided management consulting to clients such as McKinsey & Company.

Huber is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. He holds certifications in Six Sigma (Yellow Belt), ITIL v3 Foundation, and ITIL Practitioner.
