About Brindy
Brindy Pickett is Vice President of Talent Services for Insight Global’s Professional Services Division, Evergreen. In this role, she leads the strategy, solutioning, and delivery of RPO, custom teams, and talent advisory services. Her work is led by the belief that you will only succeed if you help others succeed and centers around weaving humanity into expertise.
Prior to her current role, Brindy spent 19 years at Insight Global in the staffing space, most recently holding the title of Vice President of Consultant Engagement. Throughout her career at Insight Global, she has built teams by developing the potential in people and setting strategy for business development and customer obsession. She has led record-breaking sales teams and built relationships with the world’s leading tech and tech-enabled giants.
At Insight Global, Brindy has been a trailblazer for women as one of the first few women to advance into Director, Regional, and Executive Leadership roles. She is one of the creators and founders of Insight Global’s Women’s Leadership Council, a member of the ESG Executive Committee, a founding member of IG Family Foundation, and was one of the first recipients of our Shared Value Award, Titan. Brindy was recognized on SIA’s Global Power 150 – Women In Staffing 2021 list for her contributions in uplifting historically excluded groups and advancing women in the workforce.
