Our client was looking for a partner to help stand up a remote call center and support COVID-19 relief across the country.

Hiring and Managing a Statewide Team of COVID-19 Testers

Client Challenge

Our client needed to scale a rapid response team that could support COVID-19 testing efforts.

Our Solution

Evergreen onboarded and deployed a team that provided a statewide COVID-19 testing program.

  • Retained a workforce pool of up to 160 COVID-19 testers who were dispatched to testing and vaccine sites across the state.
  • Scheduled and dispatched testers as quickly as 12 hours before a site was scheduled to open.
  • Maintained a 95% or better weekly attendance rate.
