Whereas recruiting is focused on the sourcing and interviewing pieces of the recruitment puzzle, RPO takes a more holistic approach. With RPO, the entire recruiting process—from building candidate profiles to onboarding—is supported by the provider, who becomes more of a consultative, strategic partner to the client.
Yes! During our discovery phase, Evergreen’s solutions team will assess current tools and processes and build a plan for integrating with those. We also have tools that are recommended if none exist, and throughout our engagement, we will note any areas of improvement within current processes.
RPO is a complement to your HR and talent acquisition teams, never a competition. We work hand-in-hand with your teams to ensure the candidate experience is top-notch and your hiring process is as efficient and effective as possible.
This number can vary from provider to provider, but our typical recommendation for an RPO engagement is a minimum need of 10 full-time hires. However, Evergreen and Insight Global have the capabilities to support any business need or hiring challenge your organization might be facing.
