About Tim
Tim Kuppler serves as the Director of Culture Solutions at Compass, part of Insight Global’s professional services division, Evergreen. In this role, he leads the design and delivery of culture, leadership, and performance improvement solutions.
Kuppler has more than 25 years of experience in the culture space and was recognized as a Top 30 Global Culture Guru. Prior to joining Insight Global, he was the Director of Culture and Organization Development at Human Synergistics, where he was responsible for business development, assessment, and consulting services. Previous roles include the President at Denison Consulting and VP, GM, and President roles in manufacturing organizations.
Kuppler is a graduate of Illinois State University.
