Mona Chevis


Mona Chevis is Director of Service Delivery for Insight Global’s professional services division, Evergreen. In this role, she is responsible for professionals delivering services in our Customer Experience space. Her team ensures that ITSM and desktop services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

Chevis has worked in professional services at Insight Global since 2018, initially joining as a consultant in the role of Service Delivery Manager. Her most recent role was as Program Director of Service Delivery. Chevis brings over 15 years of experience from Verizon where she held diverse roles, starting as a Help Desk Specialist, advancing to a Network Engineer, and ultimately serving in Incident Management.

Chevis is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She also holds multiple ITIL certifications.
