About Jill
Jill McFarland is the Managing Director of Advisory Sales for Compass, the culture consulting team within Insight Global’s professional services division, Evergreen. In this role, McFarland leads the strategy for how Evergreen’s culture consulting services are brought to market.
McFarland first joined Insight Global in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter and advanced to become Sales Manager and Director of Operations. Prior to her current position, she was Managing Director of Advisory Services where she delivered culture consulting services to dozens of clients.
Throughout her career at Insight Global, McFarland has built a reputation as a connected, compassionate, and energetic leader. Her embodiment of Insight Global’s mission to be the light to the world around us has earned McFarland one of our highest, most honored achievements, a 2024 Titan Award.
She is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
