About John
John Hedges is Director of Application Services and Agile Advisory for Evergreen, Insight Global’s professional services division. In this role, Hedges leads a world-class team of Solution Architects and Agile coaches to deliver applications with high performing teams. He brings more than 20 years of sales, solutions, operations, and Agile experience to Insight Global.
Hedges joined Insight Global in 2021, but he’s held several positions throughout his career, including Director of Sales Automation at AT&T, Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Chick-fil-A and Cricket Communications, and Adjunct Professor at Georgia State University.
Most recently, he worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he held multiple positions, including Agile Software Delivery Manager and Engagement Partner. In this role, he led teams of 70+ to help clients embrace Agile methodologies and build custom software tools aligned to their core business strategy.
John is a graduate of Valdosta State University. He earned his master’s degree in IT Management and International Business from Georgia State University and holds several Agile-based certifications from various institutions.
